Valuation software, written by people who’ve done valuations.
TheValua AI is a UAE-registered company, with offices in Dubai and Johannesburg, building valuation intelligence software for chartered valuation firms across the Gulf and English-speaking Africa — from Cape Town and Gaborone to Lagos, Nairobi and Accra. We build for valuers who already know how the job is done; our role is to take the paperwork off their plate so the judgement gets the time it deserves.

03Origin
Our story so far.
TheValua started inside a valuation practice. The brief was simple and exhausting: too many spreadsheets, too many re-keyed numbers, and a review process that found errors late. We tried the off-the-shelf alternatives, found them written for a different market, and started writing our own.
We built it hands-on with practising valuers, and the early feedback kept repeating one theme: the product is good when it disappears — when the valuer can move through the file without thinking about the software.
Today the company is registered as TheValua AI in the United Arab Emirates, headquartered at the DIFC in Dubai with an Africa office in Sandton, Johannesburg — from which we serve firms across Southern, Eastern and West Africa. We onboard new firms by invitation, design with practising valuers in the room, and release in small, well-tested increments.

What we believe.

The named valuer is responsible for the valuation. Software should support that responsibility, not blur it.

Audit trail is not a feature you bolt on. It is the spine of the file from intake to issuance.

A workflow earns its place by removing keystrokes, not adding them. Every screen we ship is one a valuer asked for.

Regional context matters. A high-rise in Lagos, a portfolio in the Cape Winelands and a hospital in Doha do not get the same template just because the spreadsheet column is the same.
