01Is TheValua IVS compliant?+

Yes. Our methodology and reporting workflows are designed to align with International Valuation Standards (IVS), RICS Valuation Global Standards (VPS), and TEGoVA standards. We also incorporate relevant local statutory frameworks for each jurisdiction we operate in.

02Where is our firm's data stored?+

Each firm's workspace is strictly isolated — your data is never visible to another firm, and every read and write is scoped to your tenancy. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Detailed hosting, retention and access-control terms are covered in the Data Processing Agreement we share during procurement.

03Can we export everything if we leave?+

Yes. Workspaces, comparables, evidence records and signed reports are exportable as standards-compliant files. Export is self-service and not contingent on cancellation negotiations.

04How does onboarding work?+

We provide dedicated implementation support including data migration, template configuration, and team training. Typical onboarding takes 2-3 weeks, depending on firm size and complexity. Your engagement is calibrated to your firm's practice.

05Do you integrate with our existing systems?+
